You can see really well if you click on the photo, but the flowers have filled in nicely after one month.
To me, it's as important for the outside of my home to look as nice as the inside of it...and flowers can easily do the trick.
and a whole lot of miscellany

Your flowers look beautiful, Linda. I can't wait to get some petunia planters made. The weather FINALLY turned warm yesterday, so I think summer is here to stay.
Have a great week.
Brenda :)
I so agree. We need you to come here to our house to give us some pointers.. My husband can't get the grass to look nice no matter what he tries.. we are so frustrated...
Your home & lawn is so beautiful!
Beautiful Linda. I was going to post about our potatoes. 2 weeks and bam, they are huge. Our weather is still to weird to go crazy planting yet. Your so lucky.
I love your home and your energy.
Hi Brenda all good up there!!
Ever time I visit your blog, I get homesick for the West.
Beautiful. I miss the fragrant smell of those petunias.
Ooooohhhh, so pretty. A little hard work pays off pretty quickly in the garden. Job well done!
Your flowers are gorgeous! I love how they look just a little while after you plant them. I never think I have enough, so I overfill my containers. Then, I end up thinning them out.
As for the respect issue - it is one I've had to go over with my older (and younger) children time and again. What gets into them? I don't know. I sometimes think it is TV and friends.
You should be very proud, your home shows what a warm loving person you are - I need to plant something, my gardent is terrible. I have beautiful standard roses in the front and they look like something out of the wizard of oz forest - but we are heading into winter, so I must attend to them so they can be gorgeous again in spring. I am so not a gardener.
It must make you feel so good to drive up to your house and see all the beautiful colour!!!!
Have a great week Linda ..x
It looks lovely. Your home is beautiful.
Simply beautiful!
Your flowers look absolutely beautiful, Linda! I've got a bunch waiting to be planted...it's always a guessing game as to when it's 'safe' here in MI...we actually had frost overnight last week!
Thanks for asking how everything is going. Honestly, it's better but we're going through some very difficult parenting times with our teenagers :)
Have a happy Wednesday!
Your yard is very pretty Linda. I should take some before and after pics. of mine too.

Hey Linda!
Thanks for the visit, I need to add you to my blog roll, it takes me two days to visit everyone, but I love it!
Your yard is looking great!
Hope your week is going well so far, will be back to visit soon!
XO,
Donna Lynn
What a fun life you seem to lead. I have been reading some of your past posts and you are busy and seemingly pretty happy. Not to speak of your beautifu yard. You do have the advantage of us Coloradans as we have just skipped spring and are about to jump into summer already. We have had freezing night temperatures through last weekend and now we are in the 80s already.
Your yard sure beats mine. It's beautiful.
By the way, my sister Brenda introduced me to you awhile back and you were kind enough to visit my page. Hope to touch base with you again.
Reva
