I headed out of town on Thursday and just got home earlier this evening. I was able to spend lots of time with the loves of my life, my two kids. I also spent alot of time with my true BFF, my sister.
We spent the day at Disneyland yesterday. It was crowded since it was Spring Break but the longest we waited for anything was about 30 minutes which was not bad at all. We had tickets to both Disneyland and California Adventure and had fun going back and forth between the two. As much as I love Disneyland, I've now had my fill. I think we average a visit about every 5 years or so...so we're good for awhile now.
Hubby didn't want to miss out on our camping club weekend so he and Jake went out of town this weekend too. We both got home around the same time tonight and started putting our office back together. Its been painted, got new carpet, and was ready to be organized. The furniture is big and heavy so it took us a few hours. Thankfully, we got it done and now at least we have one room that is on it's way to getting back to normal. I'll take some pictures soon but right now my house is still turned upside down. We've got stuff everywhere...and none of it is where it belongs!
Between my sister and I, we took a fair amount of pictures yesterday. Here are a few that I had on my camera...

Sounds like you've had a very busy weekend! I've never been to Disney before, always dreamed of going when I was little, still dreaming of it *smiles* I have been to Knot's Berry Farm though and Six Flags (So.Cal & Ga). Can't wait to see your new office pictures!
Oh what a wonderful time together! Having been native Californians, we LOVE Disney, but this year since we live in Colorado, we are going to try Disney World for the first time. I'm interested to compare the two! :-)

2 days of Disneyland is about all we can handle at a time. It's fun, but can sure wear a person out.
It sounds like it was a wonderful break together.
I can't say Disneyland is a place I want to go (went once when I was 12).
But, my to-be-daughter in laws family goes every year!

Glad you had a wonderful weekend, we have had a steady rain for three days now, the pups hate it, but we sure need it here in Georgia.
Disney is fun at any age. I can't wait until our little granddaughter is old enough to go, it is magical.

My kids went back to school Sunday...I know what you mean about trying to get back into the routine at home. It will take me a few days. So glad you had a great trip and time with your family. Sisters are special!
