Over the last 15 months, alot of my day to day feelings have been shared, my life has been opened up and shared, and I've made wonderful friends and memories in the process. I wouldn't trade it for anything! Thank you for being on this fun journey with me!
Blogging truly has become one of my favorite things to do so that is the theme of this giveaway...favorites! It will be fun gathering up some of my favorite things to share with you. Hey, if Oprah can do it, so can I! Everyone knows that Target is my all time favorite so a $25 Target gift card will be first on the list...the rest will be a surprise!
Everyone who follows this blog are my favorites too so Saturday night I'll pick a winner from my follower list on my sidebar. It's just a small way of saying thank you for being a follower. I'll announce the winner Sunday.
So with that being said, I better get shopping!

So many giveaways on blogs right now! I love Target. Went to Walmart the other day after staying away for a couple of months. It so reminded me of why I prefer Target! Congratulations on getting to 300 posts. I think I am close to 100 now, so I might catch up with you someday! I always look forward to seeing an update from you. Thanks for sharing!

I just read about Jake escaping the laundry room....that is too funny! Yep, we have always used baby gates and they work like a charm. Our only problem now is that our little Lucy can climb them :(

The website I joined for weight loss support is 3fatchicks dot com. It was started by 3 overweight sisters and grew from there.
I haven't done anything specific. In fact, I'm doing everything the opposite of how I've done it in the past. Slow and steady has been my motto and I don't eat anything I don't like. I have treats from time to time and I don't count calories. If I'm not losing .5 lbs. per week on average, I make dietary adjustments. Mostly I try to maintain a ratio of 40% carbs/ 30% protein/ 30% fat on average for the day.

I also wanted to ask you another question, my eldest daughter is thinking about coming to LA to do a special effects course, I am not happy - do you think its safe enough for her to do that???? Or am I believing all the media hype that I see on TV??? Its an 18 week course and I am trying to talk her out of it - mind you she cant afford it right now.... Let me know what you think...

was showing my daughter your blogg and was telling her that you were the one that taught me everything I have learned about blogging...like my grandma blogger/sister....and she laughed and said that is nice mom and fell asleep. I just drove down to SLO today and am here for the weekend visiting her. Brought her baby Doggie back also...as I have been babysitting my GRand-Dog since January...We will miss Skitto around our place...Molly was cute with her too.
THanks so much for all your encouragement thru this past year...even though I only blogg once a month...it is still better than nothing...but I read about 85 bloggs on bloglines and that is my newspaper from around the world...I absolutely love it and get great recipes and patterns...etc...and great ideas about loads of topics....so that is how you have enlightened my life this year and I truely appreciate it. Happy 300th blogg...congrats...I think I am on maybe 20 or so...haha..
