Well, this may be old news, but The Blind Side is a must see! It's such a feel good movie. We loved it!
I meant to mention it last week but forgot about it until a friend wrote about it today. We went just after Christmas and Courtney and I were crying from the beginning until the end...but crying in a good way. We cry easily!
"According to Variety, "The Blind Side" is the first movie ever "driven solely by a top female star" to break $200 million. Over the weekend, the drama box office receipts totaled $208.5 million." Yes, it's that good and Sandra Bullock is outstanding. She did a fabulous job as did Tim McGraw.
If you haven't seen The Blind Side, go see it. It will become your new favorite.
We're going to see It's Complicated tomorrow night. I'll let you know how it is.

Linda, It sounds like we have the same taste in movies. My girlfriends and I saw The Blind Side on opening night which was actually the same night as the opening for New Moon, well the entire theater was PACKED and we ended up having to sit in the very front row,but we still loved it! It's Complicated is the next movie i want to see, so please give us your review. Thanks, Sue
We went to see The Blind Side just after Thanksgiving, the whole family, and we all loved it. Great movie.
Kevin and I saw It's Complicated for my birthday, and we roared along with the whole theater, in laughter. I have one friend that did not enjoy it......so I'm concerned with her sense of humor now...LOL.

Loved it...We saw it over Thanksgiving so I'm ready to see it again.
We saw Sherlock Holmes and we all liked that one. We may go see Nine today...just me and the girls because it doesn't look like my husbands kind of movie.

I am with you on movies in that I rarely go. I want to see Blindside. What a great story. I can't stand that Baldwin guy, so not sure about It's Complicated. Let me know what you think.
We very rarely go to the movies. I am not comfortable leaving the kidlets with our built in babysitter for that long. Thank goodness for PPV and Redbox.
"The Blind Side" is, by far, the best movie I've seen in a very long time. Just a good heartwarmer...great for the whole family! It's so good to be back in Blogland!
Saw this movie before Christmas and LOVED it. Sandra Bullock was awesome and Tim McGraw wasn't bad either. I don't always watch Oprah but saw when they were on with the real family and Sandra Bullock had her pegged.
I heard it was a fabulous movie. We haven't seen it yet, but plan to. They say Sandra Bulluck did her best ever.
We are hopefully going to see it this weekend. I LOVE movies. But haven't been able to afford to go this past year. My kids love movies so much that I take them to them instead of Troy & I going out on a date!

We absolutely LOVED The Blindside! Finally a movie that was actually worth paying full price for. Such a heartwarming and wonderful story and journey!!
I watched 20/20 last week and they did a special on the family and on the guy who played the character. He was desitute and homeless when he got the part so it changed his life too! It was super interesting!!

I'm the same way. I always enjoy going to the movies when there is something worth seeing. This movie was very good. Sandra Bullock did a great job.
I watched the 20/20 special about the movie and it was neat to see the family who took Michael in & also to hear the story about the actor who played Michael.
I'll be anxious to hear how you liked "It's Complicated."
Yes we saw it and absolutely loved it. Now you have to do as Valerie said and go see It's Complicated. I laughed more in that movie than I have in a long, long time.
Just can't wait to see this one....can't get husband to go with me.....
