I did some cleaning, prepared lots of good mail, wrote some thank you notes, did laundry, caught up on blogs, and had fun doing a little Easter decorating. It felt good to be creative and energetic. For me, that's a sure sign that spring has sprung!

I agree that the "changes" that we "over-the-hill" women experience take a toll on our bodies and that's probably a big reason why I have felt the urge to detox from sugar. I DO tend to beat myself up and have to remember that sometimes the seemingly small trimuphs are HUGE.

One more thing...My hubs and I are HUGE Beatles fans and have seen "LOVE" 11 times...I know, a bit excessive, but everytime, it still gives me chills. We are hoping to see the Elvis Cirque show next time we're in Vegas.

and yes I'll remember you friend in my prayers. It makes me giggle sometimes as I think of the Lord hearing all these prayers and thinking "it is those crazy blogger chicks at it again". AND OF COURSE HE HEARS US.
he just doesn't send us "comments" in the way we know. BUT the comments/answers/help is always there if we humble ourselves and listen.
