So here's the question: Have you ever been to Las Vegas?
I'm heading there today for a girls weekend. I'm not a big gambler and definitely not a drinker but my sisters and I are taking my daughter there for spring break. She turned 21 in August so she can at least play a little slots if she wants to. Saturday night we'd like to see a show so we'll see what shows are playing when we get there. Believe it or not, my sister saw Donny and Marie when she was there recently and said it was the best show she'd ever seen.
Also, my longtime best friend Deanna will be there on Saturday so it should be a wonderful weekend. Hopefully I'll have some great pictures to share.
A few of you asked if I had a picture of my friend's daughter Courtney. I'd love for you to see just how gorgeous she is so I'll look for the YouTube video she is featured in. I'll post a link next week.

We go to Vegas every October and stay at a different hotel each time. Let me know where you are staying and I will give you the goods!
Some people say Las Vegas is too hot, but I think it is comfortable and I have been there when it is really hot!! You can always duck into something air conditioned or jump in a pool. And I think Vegas has the BEST food anywhere (at the nicer restaurants at least). I think it is the influence of the big melting pot of people there. No one is 'from' Las Vegas! lol!!

I have been several times with hubby! We usually stay at a different place each time. It is lots of fun...we are not big gamblers either.

I've never been to Vegas. Kevin is there annually for a meeting, but it never works out for me to tag along. I hope you have a super "girls" weekend!!

it actually hurts to type this but it has been 33 years since I have been to Vegas! yikes...I'm old
I have been to Vegas several times. My hubs has a conference there every year. We took our daughters there one at a time when they were in high school. You will love it. You can spend all day just walking around and looking in every hotel. It is amazing what some of them have inside. We like the Cirque shows. "O" is the best in our opinion and then Mystere. Don't miss the fountain show at the Bellagio. I am not much of a gambler either. I like to invest my money in more important things like shoes! Have fun and take pictures!
Linda you have a wonderful time, you go on some of the greatest trips. No, I have never been to Vegas, maybe some day. I am not a risk taker or gambler but right about now I might take the chance if I could. Have a great weekend with your gal pals.

I have been to Vegas several times. The last time I was there I had fun going in and looking at every hotel on the strip. They all are so fun and have unique things.

The last couple of times I was in Las Vegas I was really disapointed how much they have gone back to the "old vegas" mentality.
It use to be bring the family...now it is
what happens in vegas...
haven't wanted to go back.

Have fun...WISH I would have seen a show when I was there..hubby "had" a little bit of a good time one night and didn't remember how we got back to the hotel. It's very interesting. We don't gamble! We went to Hoover Dam also and the top of the Stratosphere and that was awesome!

Only two times for me. Once when I was a kid on vacation with my family heading to CA. And once on a layover there, but I didn't leave the airport so I guess that doesn't count. It was beautiful flying in at night.

I was there a couple of weeks ago for the NASCAR race. We didn't do much on the strip. I enjoy wandering through the hotels on the strip and seeing the many different themes. My favorite is the Bellagio. Have a great time.
Good times in vegas, even if you don't drink, so much to do and see!!!

I've been to Vegas a few times. The last time I went was with my daughter and my granddaughter who was 7 months old! my daughter had a work conference there, but didn't want to leave her nursing baby at home, so she invited me to go along to take care of the baby. We stayed in the Paris Hotel and loved it. While my daughter was in meetings, I had Em in the stroller and walked up and down the strip. The cool thing about having a child with you, is - the people who stand on the corners and hand out the porn papers, don't give them to you!

I am not a drinker per say or a gambler, but I do put a few coins in a slot or play roulette, I have been quite lucky picking those numbers in the past!!!!
Vegas is so much fun!!!! LOve to lie about the pool half the day, eat at some great fun places, the SHOPPING!!!! OH MY!!!!!
we are headed there in a bout 1 month!!!I want to see the NEW CIRQUE SHOW about Elvis Presley!!! SAW the Beattles one--it was AMAZING!!!!!!
I would love to see DONNY and MARIE....saw the Osmonds when I was 13!!!!!

I went to Las Vegas in the summer of 2008 on a business trip. I was sad that my family didn't go but did get to see Elton John (weird) and Jersey Boys (fabulous).
Lived in Vegas when I was young and have been back several times. Will be stopping through next week. I hate the nightlife, but love seeing family there!
ive never been, but would love to go, i will some day....hubby has been several times. im not much of a gambler either....but would love to people watch! enjoy your girls weekend! girls weekend anywhere is a MUST!
