And I'm nosy...
So here's the question: Now that all of the Christmas decorations have been put away, have you started decorating for Valentine's Day?
Being that I was probably the only blogger in blogland to take down my Christmas tree THIS WEEK, I haven't started any Valentine decorating yet. Yes, you read that right, my tree was still standing as of earlier this week. In my defense, I've been busy (or has it been lazy!?) and have had on and off company 4 times since Christmas. I'm not complaining, I've love it! The Christmas tree take down obviously took a back burner and I wouldn't want it any other way!
The repairman was here yesterday at 9am to fix my dryer, company left after a french toast/pancake breakfast yesterday after a 2 day surprise visit, I had CPR class last night, and now I'm heading out for Camping Club weekend today. Maybe I'll get some Valentine decorating done next week...or maybe not!?
Happy Friday friends and have a wonderful weekend!

I took my tree down this past Sunday. And my Nativity set on Tuesday. I don't usually decorate much for Valentine's Day. We in Pgh are pretty caught up with football playoffs. Lots of black and gold around my area.
Treen down but no valentines yet. Have a great weekend!
For the first time ever, I had to take our live/dead tree down the day after Christmas, only because we were leaving to dog sit for a week and I for sure didn't want to tackle it when we got back.
We don't do many Valentine's decorations, but the one's we do will be put up first of Feb.
Have a great weekend!
I usually put up my winter decore by the first of January...still not up and as far as Valentines...I hope that they get done before Feb. 14th.

No, I haven't put up any Valentine's decorations, can't seem to wrap my head around doing that. I am still trying to unpack and get pictures hung up...LOL Talk about being lazy...
Have a fun camping weekend.
My tree is still up but everything else is down. I don't decorate much for Valentine's Day or Easter, just a little here and there. I am looking forward to seeing what others do!
XO,
Jane
Christmas stuff down but seriously have not had time to even re-decorate my house with the normal stuff much less Valentines day yet!
My house looks really naked.
I will probably put out a few things though - I keep it light with the beginning of the year holidays!
Christmas has been down since the week after Christmas. I did leave some snowmen out for winter, even though winter in AZ is 60's & 70's. I just pulled out my little amount of V-day stuff. I usually do a tablescape or two, one by the front door, and one on my kitchen table.
Sounds like you are enjoying "things" and why not! The decorating can wait ~ and you know that I have my Valentine stuff up!
Have fun with your camping group.
Warmly,
deb
I actually just finished putting the rest of my Christmas stuff away this week too... The Christmas tree has been down, but little things were still out..
And no I haven't gotten any Valentine stuff out yet.
I don't really put up any valentine decorations...I have a banner and that's about it! Still have snowflakes up
it certainly does sound like you have been busy.
I won't do any valentine decorating until Feb.1st.
and it is very little.
you loose the excitement of decorating, since I live in the country and get little to almost NO ONE coming over to visit.
I used to love to decorte for the grandkids.....now there is just not much motivation.
ho,hum
I took my Christmas tree down the day after New Years Eve. The decorations were packed away as well EXCEPT for my snowmen who will stay up until "Cupid" spears them with his arrow. I do have a new red candle in a clear glass hurricane jar that are surrounded by pretty clear, pink and red stones that I bought on sale at Pier 1. That is my Valentines Day contribution. I didn't want to get the snowmen jealous.. :)
I have ONE valentine day decoration and it hangs on my front door. I should dig it out.
After I get Christmas down, I have a hard time putting anything up.
I'm lazy.
My walls look like we are moving.
I just got Christmas put away. But I usually wait until after Ham's birthday to put up Valentine decor. So maybe sometime next week I will get it up.
