Italian Chops
16-oz bottle Italian salad dressing (use less if cooking only 2 chops)
2-4 pork chops
1. Place pork chops in crockpot. Pour salad dressing over chops.
2. Cover. Cook on high 6-8 hours.
Variation:
Add cubed potatoes and thinly sliced carrots and onions to meat before pouring dressing over top.

That may be the simplest recipe ever! Gotta try it! You can never go wrong with Italian dressing. We buy ours at Sam's club so we can get the jumbo size!
I have that cook book & I keep forgetting to use it.. I don't have pork chops or I'd make this tonight too... Thanks for the great idea!
Sounds like maybe I couldn't even mess this one up Linda. I love these crockpot posts. It makes me want to get my monster out and start cooking the slow and easy way. Lovely recipe.
ohhh that recipe sounds delish! I might have to give it a try soon! I have a recipe blog if you ever want to check it out!
Ooooo, ahhhh....
I think I saw this cookbook at Costco. I love the ease of crockpot cooking. This recipe in particular looks so easy.
All righty then... I must go buy some pork-chops and get cooking.
Ohhhh that sounds wonderful and it is so simple!

I have that very same cookbook and I just love it! Thanks again for the sweet comments you've left on my blog...this last week has been very difficult and it's so comforting to know people are thinking & praying about us :)
Have a wonderful day!
Linda..thank you for visiting and commenting on my blog. We do love our bedroom.
I laughed at your About Me comment about your son moving in and out...We have done that about 3 times....finally fix the bedroom like a guest room and said...(now this may hurt to hear)...NO!
He is a great guy and is doing well on his own. He just needed the extra birdie push to try his wings.
Hope you have a great weekend and come visit again sometime!!
