Mission Accomplished

Well I'm off to the Dr's office for my yearly "woman's" visit...joy!

But...not before I stop by the post office to drop off these

Our blogging buddies list is finished and getting mailed out today as promised...so be watching your mailboxes...and have fun with it.

I also want to show you some good mail that I received from my sweet friend Jennifer. Jennifer is such a talent. She juggles a very busy life with 4 beautiful children and a hubby, she posts regularly and keeps me laughing with her great personality and funny stories, she is athletic and runs triathlons...yes, I said triathlons, and now I learn she is a soap maker as well! Jennifer sent me 7 incredible smelling homemade soaps (blueberry muffin, melon sorbet, very cherry, lemon berry, apple orchard, bubble gum, and lemon verbena). How nice is that!?! I'd be hard pressed to pick out a favorite because they're all yummy smelling. Jennifer also sent a homemade card and a butterfly magnet...thank you again Jennifer for your thoughtfulness! It is so appreciated! Here is a picture of my good mail goodness...

Tonight we're going out to dinner with 3 other couples...I can't wait. I love these people. We are all neighbors, except for one couple that just moved away recently. We've all been friends for over 10 years now. Don't worry...I'm taking my camera!

I better get jiggy with it and send you something. That is why she is an athlete. She is beating everyone fastly.

Cute things. Love all the letters. I still can't believe how nice you are.

Have fun at the dinner tonight. An evening out with friends is always a good thing. Kim and I actually have a babysitter coming Friday evening and I can't wait to get out and eat without a kid on my lap!

Yeah!!! I will keep a lookout for the postie!!! Linda I know exactly how you felt when you opened Jennifers package, they are the most amazing soaps ever, really they are, the bubbles are clear (and that is because there is no rubbish in the soap), I get these sent as often as I can, (when my sister visits Houston, I try and get her to remember to bring me home some soap).

The other thing that she makes is beautiful body scrubs and the most amazing lip butters and body butters - you should look at her website (its on her sidebar), they make the most lovely gifts. Last Christmas I orders heaps and gave them to teachers and each Christmas Eve I have all my friends and neighbors around for drinks and pizza and everyone went home with a soap and lip butter!!!

I'm not the nice one, Linda is.

Thanks for making the list for us. It looks like a great pile of envelopes there. Can't wait to get one!

Glad the pkg arrived safely
