So here's the question: Seen any good movies lately?
I'm normally not a movie goer but I've been itching to go. I'm wanting to see Julie & Julia, 500 Days of Summer, and The Proposal. Have you seen these movies?

I recently saw the movie "Push". It really wasn't on my list but a friend rented it and told me it was really good. She was right.
It was a good one.
I want to see the Time Travelers Wife next. I am waiting to see how people like that one.
I want to see Julie and Julia and The Time Traveler's Wife.
I haven't seen much this summer beyond rentals. I have a few blog posts about movies from the summer, but nothing has been just awesome!
We haven't been out to see any recently, but last week we rented "The Changeling" with Angelina Jolie. If you haven't seen it you have to rent it. It was really good!
Love, love, love The Proposal!! You should see it. I want to see Time Traveler's Wife too.
saw the Proposal and really enjoyed it - a cute romantic comedy
I have heard great things about all of these movies. I don't go to theaters myself as I am hearing impaired (most people don't know this about me) and I need closed caption. I patiently wait for them to come out on DVD!!

Those movies are on my list too! I hope to see them SOON. My sweet husband wants to see Transformers 2--I guess we'll trade off.

I can't remember the name of the last movie I went to!!! That is sad :( I think it's been about 1 1/2 years ...what do I do all the time??? Wait for them to come out on DVD!!

I think the last movie I saw was(now don't laugh) Spiderman III. I actually kinda liked it. I almost never go out to a movie with my guys because my son and hubby have totally different taste in movies than I do. I love a comedy or a romace movie. They love action adventure, science fiction or anything with special effects.
Linda, I have alot of movies I would like to see too, the 3 you mentioned plus, Time Travelers Wife and THe Ugly Truth. I recently went to see UP with a friend and her little ones, and it was really good! I love movies! I love going out to movies. But Troy & I haven't gone out to see a movie since he was laid off 7 months ago... But the kids & I have seen summer movies that harkins puts out....

I heard Proposal is really funny & good. I don't care much about Julia Childs. So that doesn't interest me..

I saw the movie The Proposal - it was cute. Parts made me laugh.
I want to see Julie and Julia and have heard things about it from people who have seen it.
Push was the latest.
WE went through the Gorge this weekend. I totally thought about you :) Love it there.
I haven't been able to get out...the last movie I saw was Harry Potter - and I loved it!
Two of my friends have seen Julie and Julia and both recommended it highly.
Isn't there a song about "Don't it always seem to go, you don't know what you've got til it's gone?" Well, I found that out when the theater my son works for, closed on Thursday. I got to go for free and never seemed to have the time to go. Well, here I am, wanting to see Julie and Julia and now I'll have to PAY to see it - at another theater - in a different city! What a sad thing! :D

We haven't been to the movies in suuuuch a long time. However, now that both of our boys are in college, we plan to go out a little more! I'll be checking out some of the movies that have already been suggested above.
On a side note...I'm going to have to share with you a picture of one of my husband's sisters. You look so much like her that it's amazing! Wanna know what's even more amazing about it???? Her name is LINDA!

I saw the Time Traveler's Wife over the weekend and I liked it. Very different. I am going to attempt to see Julie and Julia this weekend.
