It's Friday

And I'm nosy...

So here's the question: When was the last time you cleaned out your refrigerator or cleaned underneath it?

This week was a very busy and emotional one for me. I'm not an emotional "eater", I'm an emotional "cleaner!"

I was so upset Sunday after the horrible events of the day before that I did what I do when I'm upset. I cleaned. I cleaned out the inside of the refrigerator, wiped off the top of it, and moved the refrigerator out from the wall and cleaned underneath it. While I was at it, I washed down the walls behind the frig and the cabinets above it. I also cleaned the office from top to bottom, filed papers away, and got rid of the stacks and stacks of papers and junk mail that seem to spring up out of nowhere.

Last night was Nancie's viewing and rosary and today was the funeral. Again, such an emotional time for everyone. I'm sure that means more cleaning will take place this weekend!

I'll talk about the funeral next week but in the meantime, please continue to keep Nancie's family in your thoughts and prayers. Her poor mother is so grief stricken. It just breaks your heart.

At least your stress reliever is constructive and not destructive. Give yourself credit.... I'm so sorry for your loss and the loss of all your co workers. How wonderful to be surrounded by people that care so much and loved her. I'm praying for all of you.

To answer your question, I clean out my refrigerator at least once every two months and underneath it about the same.

I like to keep busy too, Linda, when I am stressed out. Fridges are not my fave thing to deal with...pulling out all those drawers and mopping up congealed spills...but I do it when it's pretty empty and always feel good afterward.

Please know that I am thinking of you and that my heart and prayers go out to all of you who loved this special person. And please take time for yourself, Linda. That would make me happy.

xoxo

Emotional cleaning is better than emotional eating!
I use a printable chore list from Motivated Moms, which schedules all those kind of jobs. I cleaned out my frig last week and have cleaned under it in the last 2 months.
I'm sure the love of all the co-workers is a comfort to Nancie's Mom. Praying for her right now!

the fridge comes away from the wall????
I am sure mine needs a major deep clean.

I have not been able to get you off my mind. I hope you know you are in my prayers.
Much Love

Boy, do I wish I was an emotional cleaner instead of an emotional eater! I also wish someone would come clean out my refrigerator, which is still brimming with funeral food leftovers.

I'm very sorry to hear about your friend Nancie. My prayers are with you and your friends.

I clean my fridge the morning of each grocery shopping day. I toss out anything that's past it's prime, wipe down shelves, clean out the drawers and shelves on doors. Under the fridge only a few times a year.

We are praying for comfort for Nancie's family and friends each morning. So tragic. It was a stark reminder of how our days here are numbered and how we need to focus on where we will spend eternity. Blessings

It's Saturday and I am late! Cleaning is great therapy. At least it is for me. I only really clean my fridge out every two or three months. But I am always wiping it in between. I am sorry for all of your sadness Linda. I will keep Nancie's family in my prayers. Love Di ♥

So sorry about the death of Nancie.
Sometimes things in life are so hard.

YOU ARE THE BEST LADY EVER LINDA
I am here in Utah visiting my family. Emma received a parcel from YOU...with those "disgusting" peeps in them (tee, hee)
SHE LOVES THEM. And I just thought, wow, how nice that someone would remember such a little thing about my daughter and do that extra mile to be so thoughtful.

Linda,
I just read about Nancie! How sad!
I hope her family can feel some peace and comfort during this terrible time!

As for your question - I just cleaned under my refrigerator today! (what a mess)

Guess us women all do the same thing, clean. I just did some major vehicle cleaning today after being gone all week because of a death in our family.

You can clean under the fridge? Yikes, I've missed a spot! Seriously, I'm so sorry about the loss of Nancie. I'm sure it is painful, but pray for God's comfort. Linda

Our fridge is so tightly squeezed in its spot it rarely gets pulled out. I'm sure it needs it.
I do keep the inside/outside & top clean.

I am so sorry about Nancie. Such a tragedy.
What a blessing all her co-workers and friends have been to her family during this devastating time.

I'm continuing to pray for Nancie's family that they'll feel God's comfort and peace.

Love ya!

Hi my dear friend!
I have been meaning to email you & also send you a thank you card. Thank you so much for your Easter rabbit & candy. You were so sweet. It came on the day our cat died & I was having a hard time with losing my friend Cindy. It meant so much to know you were there as my friend...
I have missed so much that has gone on over the month or two. I am so sorry to hear about your co-worker Nancie. She looked like a very fun girl and so young! I hope everything is going good for you.
Thanks for being a friend!

One of the most dreaded jobs in my book. Not near as often as I should!
What a rough time it's been for all of you.
