Yes, they are in college but they.want.their.goodie.bags!
I have been making my kids and their friends little treat bags for each holiday since they were in elementary school. I know I probably enjoy making them more than they enjoy getting them but it's just something fun to do.
Why should this holiday be any different from any of the other holidays except now the goodie bags arrive by mail. Sure kids...I'm on it! Only this time I'll be delivering them in person next week!
Oh and by the way, my daughter tells me that Tim, a longtime friend has inquired about his goodie bag for Halloween. I've been instructed that I can just send his to his dorm at Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo where he is a sophomore too! Like I said, I'm on it!

Oh I am so giggling as I also had one of those calls last week. So, funny how our kids love and remember the little things. I love doing it too.

How sweet that they still look forward to their goodie bags! i hope my kids do that when they are in college!
