I wanted to incorporate some edible candy corn into whatever treat I made to go in the cute bowls and ended up making these little goodies. So so good with the salt and sweetness all in the same bite...
I wrapped the bowls up in clear cellophane and added some festive ribbon. Very easy, inexpensive, yet adorable!
Have you ever made these treats? It doesn't get any easier let me tell you! Just spread out your pretzels on a cookie sheet, then place one unwrapped Hershey kiss on top of the pretzel. Place them in the oven for about 4-5 minutes on 170 degree heat. When you take them out of the oven, while still on the cookie sheet, press down a piece of candy corn into the chocolate. I also put the whole cookie sheet in the refrigerator afterwards so that the chocolate would harden back up so that I could package them up. I've done this at Christmas time with red and green M&M's too. So yummy!

Hi Linda,
You have great ideas!!! I have made something like your treats with round pretzel, rollo candy and pecans on top!!!
I hope you do try ebay/etsy. Hubby does ebay and has made some $$$...just depends on the item!

Such a cute idea! I need to try this! Love your candy corn dishes too!
you are sooooooo crafty!
these are way too cute!
Genious I make these at different holidays - Christmas with M&M's on top. I have even made them at Halloween with Candy Corn Kisses but putting a Candy Corn itself on top I have never thought of - Yee Haw!! Love it!
The dish is SOOOOO cute and I love the way you wrapped it to make a wonderful gift.
Linda you are so thoughtful and those who receive your gifts must be so happy.
I have been one of those people and it has made my day!!
Thanks for sharing your inspiration!
Cute idea!! I purchased my daughter and daughter in law candy corn bowls just like that the other day. I found some at the Dollar General for $2!
Adorable! My daugher has that bowl. I like to just dump candy corn into a bowl of peanuts. Tastes just like a payday which is my favorite candy.
Happy Halloween!
That is the cutest idea ever, Linda! I will definitely have to try some for Christmastime! I'm sure they'd be a huge hit! Thanks a bunch!
What a cute and thoughtful idea...just like the cute gifts you sent me. I have your gifts posted on my blog today and also stole a picture from your blog so EVERYONE can see who my very thoughtful blog friend is.
YUM!! I love the sweet and salty together. THis time of year, I dump a bag of candy corn with a bag of salted peanuts together and munch on that. Tastes just like a salted nut roll!
Love this idea, and so cute!
I love this idea!

Yummy & so clever & cute.
I know your friends loved their treats.
Have you eaten candy corn mixed with salted peanuts?
It's so good. Tastes like a Payday candy bar.
So very cute.
I haven't ever made the treats with kisses, I always use rolos. I may have to try kisses with the yummy fall flavors.
